Using MotionLoot
These terms apply to your use of the MotionLoot website and creative services. In these terms, “MotionLoot”, “we” and “us” refer to the service operator identified above. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our cancellation and refunds policy explains billing remedies and forms part of these terms.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Workspace owners manage membership, permissions and billing access; only invite people authorized to use the shared content.
Keep your own copies of important originals and exports. Account closure and data-deletion requests are handled under our privacy policy, including any applicable record-keeping obligations.
The creative service
MotionLoot provides AI-assisted planning, image and video generation, visual workflows and editing tools. Available models, settings, storage and generation limits depend on the service and plan selected. Generation times depend on capacity and external providers.
We may improve or change features and available models. Where a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload. You grant MotionLoot a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request, including processing by relevant service providers. This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads to us.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for artwork, music, trademarks, likenesses and other material you submit. That includes permission to process relevant personal information and send references to generation providers. Your private workspace content is not licensed to us for advertising simply because you use the service.
Generated content
MotionLoot does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. Your ability to use them, including commercially, depends on applicable law, the rights in your inputs and the terms of the relevant generation provider.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright eligibility, non-infringement or a specific creative result. Review outputs before publishing and meet any applicable platform, advertising or disclosure requirements.
Responsible use
Do not use MotionLoot to:
- Create or distribute unlawful material, exploit children, produce non-consensual intimate imagery, harass others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Deceptively impersonate people or organizations, distribute malware, commit fraud, or violate applicable generation-provider restrictions.
- Bypass payment verification, credit checks, storage limits or access controls; access another user’s private information; or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
Plans, prices and payments
The pricing page and checkout show your selected plan, included credits, price and billing interval. Review the total, applicable taxes and any discount conditions before confirming. Payments are processed through Stripe, and purchases are fulfilled after payment is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the stated monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges on that basis. Annual billing pays for the year; included subscription credits are allocated on the monthly schedule described by your plan.
Invoices and payment history are available in Workspace settings under Billing & invoices. You can manage payment details and cancellation through the billing portal. Review the payment and credit effects shown before confirming any plan change.
Credits and generation charges
Credits are service-usage units, not money, a deposit or a transferable financial balance. The generation estimate depends on the selected model, settings and references. Review it before submitting a paid request.
A reservation holds estimated credits while a request is processed. Usage is settled against the confirmed outcome and unused reserved credits are returned. A request with an uncertain provider outcome may stay reserved until it can be checked. Check Activity or contact us with the job reference if a charge appears wrong.
Issued credits carry forward. Future subscription grants depend on the relevant payment and allocation schedule. Separate conditions may apply to clearly identified promotional credits. Refunds or reversed payments may adjust the associated credits and entitlements.
An output you do not prefer creatively is not, by itself, a technical failure. This does not limit rights relating to an incorrectly charged or defective service.
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
You can stop renewal through the billing portal in Workspace settings → Billing & invoices → Manage billing, or through Credits & plans. Review the cancellation date before confirming. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the confirmed paid period and does not automatically refund earlier payments.
Our cancellation and refunds policy explains payment issues, generation charges, refund requests and statutory withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision of these terms.
MotionLoot’s platform and brand
The MotionLoot name, branding, website and software remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. We give you permission to access and use the service for its intended purposes under these terms. That permission does not authorize you to misrepresent an affiliation with us or redistribute our software as your own.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents, non-payment or legal obligations. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the decision. Any billing adjustment is handled under applicable law and our refunds policy.
You can request account closure by contacting us. Cancel any unwanted subscription renewal and export important work before closure. Shared-workspace content and deletion requests may require verification of your authority over that workspace.
Responsibility and your legal rights
We work to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative or commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies and liability for fraud or other matters protected by mandatory law.
Claims are determined under applicable law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and court rights available in your country of residence continue to apply. Contact us first if you would like help resolving a service or billing dispute; this does not prevent you from using other available remedies.
Updates and contact
The date above identifies this version of the terms. We give notice of material changes and seek agreement where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under a purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Account, service or billing enquiries should include relevant account or transaction references, but never your password, full card number or card security code.
